Jessica Hannan and Ellie Bates make really fun art which often involve machines or big wooden sculptures. They graduated from Kingston last year and have been on residencies in the US and recently an exhibition in London (see photos below).

D Box

D Box produce really beautiful work and are truly a multi-disciplinary agency.

They run as a network of different creatives and as such can quite successfully turn their hand to any number of briefs from branding and identity to breathtaking cgi.

I had not seen their work for some time and then came across one of their photo compositions in an architecture magazine which reminded me how good they are at most everything they do more here.

Work by the US Desiger / Art director Caleb Owen Everett

This guy did the branding for one of my favourite bike companies Mutiny.

The Chop Shop stuff has been blogged to death it is a little bit pastiche(y?) but I still think it looks amazing.

Check out the rest of his site here.

My clever friend Nick

Nick Cobby is an amazing animator currently based in Nottingham.

If you live around there you will have seen his work on posters all across town.

He has recently done a Mika vid and has been doing loads of good animation ads for this and that and hopefully should be working his magic for bangers & fash so keep on his blog:
